Still no Hike in salary

Hi Dear Team,

This is Sekhar.

Working in AEGIS Ltd from past 14 months. After completion of 7 months my TL move to some other process so we were not happy anyway we have to survive. Next my new TL has came to our process and after a month promised to increase the salary and till date nothing has done. Pressure has increased as compare to the Salary.

Now when we are asking to him he is telling go to AM and asked about it. And she has a very diplomatic answer "company is still working on it. It will be increased soon" so how much time is it 5 year or there is no time limit...

I want some action to be taken to those people who are in Aegis giving false commitment to agents.

Otherwise the agent would have gone to some other company to get a good post with salary not like aegis.
