Non-receipt of Pension since January

Dear Sir/Madam.

My PF A/C No.:MH/1261/33774

P.P.O No.: MH/BAN/61265

I got my Pension under EPS-95 till December into my Axis Bank, Thakur village, Kandivili (East) A/C No. 572010100019682, ltd (6360201) automatically and regularly.

BUT SINCE JANUARY, PAYABLE FEB I AM NOT GETTING MY MONTHLY PENSION OF Rs. 986/-

Please look into the matter and please arrange to send the Pension from Jan at the earliest.
