Ongc allotment - no refund of money / no shares / no reply from ONGC about status

We are one of the numerous investors and believers of ONGC.

Please read the email below which details our complaint.

It s now 5 years, and we have still not recieved a single reply from them giving us a status of our money or share allotment.

Would be grateful if we could receive reimbursement asap.

Re: Application Money for Equity Shares in ONGC LTD Rs 45, 220.00 paid by cheque 170051 drawn on HDFC Bank Ltd, Malad W branch dated 13.03.04.

Can someone please take action. This amount is pending for the last 3 years.

I have enclosed the scanned copy of the counterfoil of the application form. It appears that the counterfoil does not carry a Application number. However, I have attached a scanned copy of my bank statement showing debit of the amount, along with certificate from the bank verifying the fact that the amount was paid to ONGC.

Looking forward for a quick receipt of application money along with interest for the period the funds were held with yourselves.
