Afcons is one of the worst employer's of India. For the first six month's, no C/L, E/L or P/L.Not even S/L. It will hire one on an eight hour salary, will make you slog for 16-18 hr's without any additional benefit, not even snacks. Afcons is a rarity in Indian Construction, which behaves worser than small time petty contractor: You will have to pay full money for food, unlike other construction co's, food is not subsidised. Nor your emergency health care, for which money will be deducted. Shameless creatures sitting in the top don't have any qualm to call you even on Sunday or a holiday. Ofcourse you work uncompensated. Better never join such blood suckers. And warn others too.
