Refund Status

I am the registered member of the Online-Naukri.com. I have paid Rs. 1500/- for the membership. At the time of registration the executive told me nature of job is very simple and it's just data entry, but it's not like that it's very difficult to understand. On the website it's clearly mentioned that if you are not satisfied with the service we provide 30days money back guarantee.

Since february month I am chasing them for the refund of my Rs. 1500/- but I havn't received a single reply from them. At the time of registration the mobile no which I have called for the details is 9819837085 and after 10 days of registration this number is disconnected. Now on the website another number is mentioned i.e. 08898649747 (Deepak Kumar) the executive name. Everyday I call on this number 15 times this man is picking up the ph 3-4 times and disconnecting the line. Now I have reached the level of frustration. Please help me with this matter.
