Offer letter clarification required

Sir,

I have got a training letter from Orissa Welfare Association of India on 10/02 for the post of an administrative officer, and they had asked for a demand draft of Rs. 2650 in the name of Ajay Kumar for the training period. unfortunately i submitted the demand draft on 11th february. after i visited net, i found to my surprise that only complaints are lodged against the organisation neither i had found any information in the name of such organisation. pls help me to know the relevancy of the organisation. how can i recover the amount or the concerned ajay kumar be tressed.
