Non receipt of annuity monthly installment

Sir

Against a Master Policy No 693760 and. the Annuity No 091M0331147408.I have got a Confirmation from your office vide letter dt 23/03 that 1st monthly installment of Rs 5644/- will be due on 30.04.2010 .But as on today ie 17.05.2010 I have not received either any cheque or the amount remitted to my SBI Bank Account NO 11008932503

Please look into the matter and take immidiate action with a response to me by reply mail.

Please note that I have also sent a mail for the same on 10.05.2010 and 1st reminder on 12.05.2010 and 2nd reminder on 14.05.2010.but still response from your end is awaited.
