I was not guided properly by customer care employee and because of it i lost my mobile balance..
Despite of my several complaints to refund my balance no action was taken by the company.
Even i had a talk with many of the seniors but ultimate result was "mam, it was our mistake. We are sorry for that."
That's it.but nobody took the pain to refund my balance.
Will my problem be solved in genuine terms?
Seeking 4 affirmative response v.soon.
