Non receipt of Monthly payment

I have an Annuity Plan with your Karnal office situated at 489 Model Town Karnal. Till, Feb I was getting monthly payment of Rs.2579 per month through Post dated cheques. I received letter no. P&GS/ANN dated 09/12 informing me that henceforth the monthly payments shall be credited to my Savings Bank A/C No.0430000100414029 Punjab National Bank, Rori Bazar Branch SIRSA through NEFT w.e.f.02/03, Till date payment has not been sent to my A/C.Kindly send the same at the earliest.
