Demand of bribe and misuse of power

This is a complaint against Koteshwar Roa, Working as lineman in APSEB in Chikkalagudam, Wyra, Khammam, AP is misusing his powers and demanding bribe from consumers.

He is actually not performing his duties. He has involved his brother-in-law named Suresh and getting the official work done through him. And he is doing his personal works during office hours.

There is also a police case filed against him for charges of rape of a minor girl and investigation is in process.

Please investigate and take necessary actions.
