New product having faulty PCB

Your new product purchased on 02-09, today is 18-09, still the complaint of product malfunctioning have not been solved. Eureka forbes technician came on 08-09 and informed us that product has faulty PCB unit and its rate in market is Rs 1410/- and it need to be replaced, afterwards he went back to bring the PCB unit and went to sleep and till now he has not waken up.

I fail to understand how a new product passed your quality control test, I have heard that eureka forbes is a multinational 500 crores turnover company but it is behaving like a challu chinese company and product manufactured by your company matches the standard of a china made challu product lasting for just 2 days.

It can also be that eureka forbes might have selected some thieves to work in there distribution line who rob away new genuine part and replace it by faulty old part in the product.

I request you to exchange this product by new one and i am justified in my request because no one can except a new product like this. Do this as early as possible because delay in doing this land you as well as me in unwanted trouble.
