Fraud drivers

Hello,

I would like to complaint regarding fraudulent and arrogant activites of Adyar Call taxi drivers. Today Morning I booked hourly package with Adyar call taxi. The driver came 10 mins late and we started by 10:40. We asked him to wait in few places and when we returned in 15- 30 mins, he was not in car and he made us wait for 10 mins often. When we completed the package, we returned home at 2:40 PM. we drove only less than 35 kms (I knew this as that was my office route). But he told, its 50 kms and he dint tell us the reading. Then when i argued with exact details on KMS, he told that it is only 45 kms, but the total trip came to 4 hours 15 mins (acutally its exactly 4 hrs despite his tactics of making us wait for 10 mins in 3 places). When I argued further and contacted Adyar call taxi management, i got no proper response. I was told that manager would come only in the evening and i was asked to contact him. Totally arrogant and cheaters these Adyar call taxi drivers are. When I shared with my neighbours, they also had experienced the same problem. COMPLETE CHEATERS these drivers are. I would strongly suggest others, not to book these money suckers.
