Delay in refilling cylinde

I am sending this Mail from Sarabjit Singh Res. GADDARZADA, P.O. MATTEWAL, Dist. AMRITSAR. I have one gas connection from the local Indane Gas agency, ARSH GAS AGENCY TARSIKKA, on my own name and my connection no is (AG-6474). i m suffering lots in the delivery service of the Agency. i booked my cylinder 20 days ago but i have no cylinder till date, it happens always, i went to agency 3 time personaly and requested for delivery but no delivery of cylinder has been made. its a big problem for me which happens always.
