Extra charges without any reason

TN01, N 4889, on 17th Feb but route M7 Deluxe headed towards T.Nagar, Conductor charged Rs.2 extra for the stage from Checkpost (next to Gurunanak college) to Saidapet. The reason he stated that in his electronic ticketing machine (AEON) there is no stage of Checkpost is added and hence the charge is Rs.7 instead of Rs.5.He strongly insist that there is no stage or stopping at Checkpost. Ticket No:005872 dtd 17/02/08 20:52:16 stage name mentioned is Gurunanak to Saidapet. But actually boarded at Checkpost which is one stage ahead of Gurunanak. Already without any announcement the charges were hiked. With this inexperienced conductors starting luring public money like anything. Need to correct some one, consumer courts to be get involved in this. Am appealing all the public to show interest on this to fought to get our rights.
