Faulty Indicator and irresponsiable station maste

I m a commuter tavelling from Dahisar

Every morning we have to run for train from 2 nd platform to 4th platform as the indicator is faulty and the Station master doesnt annouance any thing about the tains such as on which platform the train will arrive. Due to this many people face many problems in thir respective office as they incluning me miss the trains as we have to run from 2nd platform to 4th platform.
