Valid Proof Not Accepted by Ticket Checker for Tatkal Ticket

Sir, I Had booked ticket PNR NO. 8157415411 favoring JHA Manikant Opendra my staff for Howrah Express T. No. 12833 dtd. 29th June Ahmedabad to Nagpur. Ticket checker had asked for ID Proof and he was carrying his PAN CARD as ID proof but on-duty TC did not accepted and detained passenger at ANAND station and his tour being ended, till writing this complain he has not returned from Anand. Kindly advice for necessary action in the matter.
