Pollution level

Hi,

I would like to register complain the owner/driver of Automobile having Registeration No - AP9X1689.

The pollution level of this automobile is far above the limits and its hazardous for the environment. High level of gases coming out was actually too much to bear on a lovely friday morninng.

This was observed in Gachibowli.

Please help in this matter and have pollution check done on this owner's Automobile
