Chain cover missing after service

Dear sir,

Sub: Missing cahin cover during service Servive Invoive No. 10022-3-RIVN- 0111-27730/20-01-11

I have serviced my bike splendor plus on dt. 20.01.11, after getting service my bike. I found that chain cover was misplaced,

I informed according to supervisor Mr. surrender and Mr. Sharma, He said that is not over falt,

Again I requested to him, than he said a mechanic pl check at your end old chain cover and put it . after checked by mechanic he told me right now we do not have, Pl come after 2-3 day.

My question is that why assurance me for old chain cover .it shold be replace by new one because my bike 4 month old.

You are requested to pl do the needful.
