Charged more than meter fare

I was coming from Indore by bus, I got down at teen hath naka in thane and took an auto, I told auto driver to start the meter but he told that the meter would show 70 rs when we would reach thane station but as an when we reachd thane station and I got down from that auto he forcefully asked me to pay 160 rs. When I opposed he has started to fight with me. I didn't want to fight with that autowala that is why I paid him 160 rs.

Here I want to register my complaint and I hope you people would take action against that auto driver.

I don't know the name of the driver but I note down the auto no. That is MH 04 cw 6817 .

The date of incident is 29th Jan

Time was around 10 am.
