RUTHLESS / ARROGANT BEHAVIOR OF THE DRIVER

Dear Sir/Madam,

AUTORICKSHAW NUMBER &- MH03 AA 9921

TOOK ADDITIONAL FARE AND HIS METER WAS SO FAST THAT THE DIGITS WERE CHANGING IN EVERY FIVE - SIX SECONDS.I COMMUTE DAILY FROM ANDHERI STATION TO MODEL TOWN.THE FARE COMES TO 22 - 25 BUT HE WAS ASKING ME FOR 59RS.

i warned him that ill complain about this but he still insisted on the meter reading. I noted the number.please take action against him as he was damn confident and happy with his fastened meter. He said nobody can say him anything, do whatever u want to...

expecting a quick and relevant action for him.please help.
