Excess Fare Demand, Threatening and Tampered Mete

I have had two bitter experiences recently with two auto drivers. As I am a usual auto traveller from Indiranagar to Bannerghatta road, I know that the rate in meter comes around 80-85.One day, the meter was showing 120 Rs. I argued with the driver and I said I will complain this to police. He said you can go and complain and go to the court daily because there is no proper law for this. Also he threatened me like If you complain you will end up in trouble. Also this driver didnt have Khakhi uniform and his auto was not displaying the License display board.

Similar incident happened when the meter showed 110 and driver demanded 170 from Bannerghatta road to Indiranagar and he started abusing me when i argued and even was ready to hit me.

I hope necessary action would be taken against these two persons.
