Over charging and not coming to the requested place

I had a bitter experience recently with auto driver. As I am a usual auto traveller from Shettihalli Cross to AGB layout (Hesaraghatta Main road). Most of the auto guys, they dont come on meter. They ask fixed amount that is 60INR. every time you meet the different auto driver, they charge differently.

When I informed him about complaining, He said you can complain and he tol dme to get out of the auto. I want the necessary action to be taken against: Auto Registration Number - KA 02 AC 1641 .

Looking at the response of the driver, i felt ashamed that he knows how our government works.

I hope necessary action would be taken against these person.
