Auto Rikshaw Service
Not providing service even when meter is up

Dear Sir,

This has reference to an auto rikshaw compliant. The number of the auto was MH02 SA 8522. I had to go to Kandivali station. His meter was up for hire. When i stopped him and asked for his services, he refused. when i asked him why was his meter up for hire; he immdetialy turned his meter half down and told me his meter is half down and there was no oil in his auto. Later he started abusing me.

I would request you to take necessary action againt this rude auto rikshwa guy.
