My flight no.was ba 288 it was on 25th my flight was late from pheonix and it arrived one hour late at london connecting flight was missed and there was no flight available untill next day at night.so they offer us a bombay to delhi flight and our baggage was missed which is not yet reach on my address.and also in the flight the faculity was not cooperating with us even though we explain them our problems.so we wasted 12 hours at the airport.my all important appointments was missed which are not possible make again.we were three familly mambers.so i would like to know that compansiate will be provided by you.or may be i need to go to court .i am a deepression and anxiety patient now you are making my condition more worse.
