Swindling of money and non receipt of holiday voucher as promised

On 4th August the undersighned received a call on the mobile and lured into an attractive offer of 7 nights holiday within india & abroad as per a list e-mailed by "bag it today - living media, india today, Delhi". The cost was Rs. 7000/= instant payment by credit card Rs. 750/= Demand draft which were to be sent along with the package that was to be received by courier within 15 days from the date of payment of Rs. 7000/= (4th August). Since we did not receive the package after waiting for a fortnight we made frantic calls to the very people who made us to make the payment by credit card on 4th August and we were told that repeatedly we will receive the same shortly. We have not received the package till today 17th Septmber.

We view this as very serious and looks like a fraud. Please revert and let us know the actions to be taken
