Bike Service

Dear Sir,

I got my bike serviced on 7th May with job card no-605 from Shree Automobiles BAJAJ service center (D-16 Sector 63, Noida GB Nagar Phone No-0120-4253200). But the service was not satisfactory and it seems some water entered the Carbeurator and fuel tank due to which bike stopped working. On 10th of May i took my bike again to the service center and the concerned person removed the water from the parts. Due to this (water) part of the bike got damaged. He charged me for that part also (for Rs 1087) with bill no-672. He threatened me to pay for the bike part that got damaged because of his negligence else he wont allow me to take the bike back to home.

I complained to Bajaj Customer care (complaint Number-102374) but no action has been taken yet. The service center has exploited me economically and mentally.

I want to complain against Shree Automobiles BAJAJ Service center for this and want to get my money back for the part and compensation for trouble faced.
