Spare parts problem

Bajaj is unable to provide after sale service to the customer. I am not getting parts for my avenger byke. You ask for any parts and the authorised dealers will say no.

Now i understand why after making good byke the company is unable to catch Hero Honda. Hero Honda company simply believes in total solution for the customer. Where as the BajaAuto is driven by Motive of total money making solution for the company.

Dear company wake up of you will never have customer buying second byke from your company as well as good mouth advertisement of your poor after sale service will increase the chance of degrowth.
