Faulty Parts - Silence

I own a Bajaj Pulsar150cc Dtsi 2007

MH-14 BD 9414

Mine bike's silencer has got rust and broken i ve complaint about this in the Bajaj Auto Service station but no one has solved my problem. Bajaj Auto has agreed about its faulty parts and ve replaced such faulty parts in many of such cases. I ve not got the silencer replaced till now...

Plz help me in this regard...

Bajaj Auto should clarify my all queries..
