Incompetent Services and Sale of an Unfit Vehicle

This is in regards of the bike BAJAJ DISCOVER DTSSi which I have purchased from the Rajiv automobiles. From the very first day I have been through the issue of mileage, speedometer and chain cover. All the things were worst. I have complaint several times at the service center at they have also addressed the complaints. However after couple of days I again started facing the issue.

The vehicle which is of 100 CC capacity is giving the mileage of 42-44 KM PL which is not acceptable. I have complaint the same several times via E mail, letters and calls in Customer service. But in vain. Now I am deeply frustrated and don't know what next to be done. The vehicle which I had bought from my hard earned money is not kind of efficient for me due to its mileage issue.
