Charging for Free Service

Dear Sir,

I have purchased Discover100 from Pagariya, Opp Akashwani, Jalna Road, Aurangabad

On 25th July (Invoice No. T01254)

Ch. No. MD2DSPAZZUWD30351

En. No. JBMBUD94484

When I went for 1st service (Free) they charged me Rs.330 (For Oil Change)

Meanwhile it is no where mentioned that 1st service requires additional Rs330 for Oil change

However when it is only 700Km in the initial run, what is the need of changing oil

The service department said if I don’t change oil they will withdraw my warranty

Also they confirmed that Bajaj DTSi Oil last for 10, 000Km

When I asked which oil was there in the bike initially when I received from the Showroom…..? Obviously it might be Bajaj DTSi Oil …….then what’s the need of change?

The service dept persons argued with me with misbehavior

Kindly do the needful, as given in the service book, 1st service should be absolutely free of cost
