Engin problem

I have pulzar 150dtsi purchased from gems auto nigdi pune which 16months old i had a clutch problem but when i took to nearest service centre he told me that clutch will not be replaced under warranty it is runned 18000km & that service guy says that engin piston rings have been ceased & need to be overhaul & they say no warranty for that as company gives us 2year manufacturer warranty this is absolutely wrong & if i spend 3000 thosand bugs for every year then the product has fault
