Khivraj Motors- Part Payment

I have given 500Rs at Khivraj Motors, 100ft rd, HAL 2nd stage, Indiranagar, Bangalore (Receipt No. IN-4202) towards the part payment of booking a Discover 125cc series bike. I did ask them for the refund rules and it was told that the cancellations payment would be by cheque.

But due to financial crunch, i did not wanted to go for the bike. When i wanted the cash back, it was informed to me by that the cancellation charges alone would be 500 Rs which implies that i would get nothing.

There was no mention of cancellation charges being mentioned to me as 500. The column for the same was left blank on their receipt.

Please help to get the money refunded. And to stop injustice being done to other buyers who may face the same problem.
