Not repairing bike delaying it

I Have purchased bike from dewan motors (c-6 kiran garden, main najafgarh road, nawada uttam nagar new delhi 110059) on 26 apr . unfortunately I met with an accident on 15 may and bike got some damage and I handed over bike to showroom people to repair the bike. It is been 30 days today .my bike was insured . they did not repair my bike and every time they make excuse due to them Iam suffering lot . it seems that they r bunch of crooks and making me fool by saying wait wait and wait . they r not so organised in terms of business and they do not care abt customers. I hope u will do something.
