Bajaj/discover 125cc
Faulty product

I bought a new bajaj Discover 125CC from Kamlesh Auto Dealer, [Add: G-ward, Kubernagar-Ahmedabad-382340] on 10/11 & have been regretting the decision since then. The bike doesn't work like new bike with so many faults. Dealer sent me to showroom to replace the mirror on 1st day itself, however the showroom denied & then dealer managed himself somehow. The bike is making so much of noise like a diesel truck, near petrol tank area due to no/loose rubber fitting. The horn & Self-start also not working properly, seems the batter is down in 5 days itself. I'm highly disappointed & want to raise official complaint against that dealer & showroom &--gt; Manan Bajaj, Naroda-Patia, Ahmedabad. I told the dealer to cancel or replace the bike on same day as even the paperwork was not ready, however, he said that's not possible. Please help
