Battery promblem

Sir, I buy the Bajaj Discover 150 cc (self start) Motorcycles with Engin/Chasis No. MD2DSHZZZTPF35694 from the Surjeet Auto Agency, 4-5, Lajpat Nagar, Oppgist Apshara Cima, Raisen Road, Bhopal (M.P) on 17.10.2010. After 02 and 03 days there is problem in battery. Surjeet Auto Agency took back the Minda battery with No. 1N11289367 and assure that it may be replace from the Bajaj company within the week. After lapes of 03 months the battery is not replace by the Surjeet Auto Agency, 4-5, Lajpat Nagar, Oppgist Apshara Cima, Raisen Road, Bhopal (M.P), and Bajaj company also. I suffer to much. Sir pleas replace the battery as soon as possible and do needfull.
