EMI DEPOSIT FOR BIKE LOAN BUT EMI CLEAR PERSONAL LOAN AFTER IT'S CLOSER.

I have a Bike Laon with your bank. I appreciate your customer services. I pay my EMI on time. Last time when I have a express laon with your bank, make many dispute & my bike laon EMI has been bounced again & again...

because I diposit money in my a/c for Bike laon but EMI deducted of Express Loan. I don't understand of that process. Any person Of your customer care not give my quarries answer exactly...

I think you understand my problem...

I want to close this matter ASAP...
