Complaint against your exicutive

Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to state that my name is Syed Kaleemullah resident of 20-3-462, Hussaini Alam. I took a Bajaj Pulsar on Friday 18th June from Bhadur Pura show room. I submit all my documents. Today morning I received 3-4 calls asking about my address. He was polite with me, so i had given my land mark. At around 6:15 pm a person by name Mohammed Mujeeb called from Bajaj Finance and told he need some details.

I was in a meeting so I told him, I am in a meeting please call after sometime. He replied me I have to submit your report in 20 mins. If you wont give me the details I will submit it by saying, he took the bike but not giving details. He was so rude to me, as if he is doing a big favour & I am asking some charity.

I would be gratful to you if you look in to this matter and take some necessary action against him.

So that atleast he learn how to talk to a consumer.
