Eaking of piston just after 3500 Km

I purchased bajaj pulsar150 on 15/10/09 from society motor Kanpur reg.no. UP78BX-1749 Engine no DHGBSG98116.last free service done 17/01/10.

On 22nd Feb sudden a sound came from my bike, immediate i switched off my bike and checked for any parts looseness but i could not find .after that i try to start my bike but i could not start my bike.. At last by pulling my bike i reached service center there i come to know piston is broken in side engine.i asked works manager Mr deeepak Sharma how piston broken after 3500 km he told that wrong fitments of piston by the company...

any how he has changed the cylinder piston. After change of cylinder piston a different sound is coming but he told me that it is not problem

May i know why it is happened why company has not checked properly.

why company has putted faulty material.
