I Purchased Bajaj Pulsar 150 CC bike 30 days back. Just after 25 days of purchase, Electric start is not working. I gave my bike for first service and they told me that it is a problem with charging. After one day of service i got the same problem. Horn and lights are igniting on battery but not the ignition.
When i took the bike again they told me that there is problem with battery.
They are telling that i have to go to Exide battery service center where i have to avail warranty.
When i enquired them they want two days to test the existing battery where i should drive the bike without battery. Note: Driving without battery means no use of lights or horn as the coil would burnout (Suggested by Babaj service guys). As it is the brand new bike why should i spend my time wasting days roaming around them and even battery service center is far from our location. I asked Bajaj showroom guys to deal with this where they rejected.
Is there any way i can complain about this dejection?
