Self start problem

My pular 220 DTS-FI is giving very very poor performance its self start keeps running even when the key is of and the only way to stop that is to unplug the relay switch manually other wise it stops only when the battery is down... Please some body help me regarding this problem as i have already changed 2 relay switch...
