Delivery taking a lot of time

This is to inform you that my bajaj pulsar motorcycle was loaded from ambala cantt. on 19-12 to be delivered at bangalore city raliway station. It has been more than 12 days but still i have not got any info about my bike. The reference number is 575765.Furthermore, There is no contact number through which i can get any info.
