Shockupsarand disk break not functioning properley

Sir i have purshased a pulser 150cc bike on 1st jan and later it starts giving me a troubel (shockabsorver and disk alsonot working properly) and i took the bike to the dealer and they filled the gas in the shockabsorver and its not proper so please take some steps and replace the front disc and back shockabsorver.i am so disappointed with the dealers service by (DR.A.MARIMUTHU CELL NO:9361010605)
