I had taken a loan from countrywide finance co.bombay, to purchase a twowheelar (motercycle) during month of May 1994 of rs.32828.00 .FIRST INSTALMENT of rs.1361.00 was paid by me on dt.3.06.1994 through chequa no.251 of central bank of india dombivali (east) account no.11779.all other 35 instalments paid through cheques nos.252 to 286 to countrywide finance co.bombay. However, i have not received NOC so far from the company.now it is understood that said co. has been merged in your bank.therefor i request you to issue me NOC as early as possible to enable me to sale my motercycle.
