No objection certificate and taken excess instalment

I had purchased one Bajaj pulsor 150 on 26th October and pay the instalment Rs.1929/= every month, on30th Sept I have paid the full amount which was outstanding vide their Book No:75156 Receipt no: AF1162887 Rs.4290/- Book No:75203 Receipt no: AF11630075 Book No:75203 Receipt no: AF11630074 Book No:75203 Receipt No: AF11630073 instead of that they taken the instalment from my Bank by collecting the cheque which is lying with them, neither they returned back the rest cheque nor stop payment from my account. Instead of that they have not issued any no objection certificate nor closed my loan account NO;521008379.I shall be glad if you kindly stop such kind if cheating from the customer. Please look into the matter.
