Bajaj XCD chain sproket broken with in a few months,

I bought bajaj XCD and its chain sproket broken with in a few months, its silencer always making sound, if i ask the service centre they are telling to change the silencer, it is giving very less milege like 40km/ltr, battery will go in 6-8 months, worst service i saw so many xcd are same having same problem, why bajaj is manufacturing and giving this type of bad service
