Bajaj XCD 135
No part replacement given during gaurantee period

I have purchased a bajaj XCD 135 motorbike from GAUTAM BAJAJ, New-Delhi on 09/04 and on 08/11 the tail-lamp found not working at the service centre i.e.at DEEWAN BAJAJ, K-70, Saidullajab, new-delhi.

From that day (08/11) the service centre is giving the stupid statement that they have sent a request to the company but the part is not available, the customer care is good in talks only but still the problem is same as it was, the service engineer Mr. Chopra is also not interested to solve my problem. This is the situation when the bike is in Gaurantee Period. Customer Care calls done by me on 19/01 and on 30/01.

When there was dense fog in Delhi it becomes very difficult and also dangerous to drive the bike without tail-light but nobody is there to bother about the problem. I make the calls to deewan bajaj regularely to check the availability of tail-light.

CAN YOU HELP ME IN ANYWAY.
