Defected delivery of purse

I am very disapponted with Bata services, as I ordered a online purse which was defected, I complained for this, they have take my bag back but no new purse has been delievered till now, I have ordered this item in first week of june, and

now its more than 1 month that a person has pick up the defected bag,

I have tried a lot of time at the Bata toll free number but no body is responding, last to last week they said I will receive this in next 2days but now its 7 days. My complain number is 201118184.

now I am chasing bata store by their help desk number, they always assured me that they will call in next one our but I did not get any call.
