Non refund of car booking advance

I am a retired person. I was interested to buy a Nano car and contacted B D Motors show room at Asansol. The sales representatives misguided me about interested rate of car loan. We beleived them and deposited Rs 5000/- through Cheque as advance of Nano car booking in my wife's name (SUKLA MITRA).

Of let we understand the intererst is much more than the sales representatives offered us.

Accordingly we opted for cancelation and requested to refund the advance amount after deducting their cancellation charge.

Inspite of my several visit to their show room no body lestning or taking interest to refund the amount.
