My name is Rajinder Kumar I am an authorized gas connection holder of M/s Bedi Indane, B -43 Kartar Nagar, Main 3 1/2, Pusta Delhi -110053 . My consumer number is 6780. Since last 19.12.2009 i have booked for gas and the booking no is 31. but till date ie. on 09-01 they have'nt delived a cylinder to me. when we phone several times regarding this, they will neither not take the phone nor tell us to come and take the cylinder.

So sir please take necessary actions against the above mentioned Agency.
