Sir,
My name is Divya Singh and I am a resident of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. I am writing this mail to you in order to register a complaint against the bad servicing offered at Honda Service Centre, Lucknow.
I own a Honda Dio and recently I gave it for servicing at Beeaar Honda 10. Ashok Marg, Lucknow. The service offered to the customers is deteriorating day by day considerably. The behaviour of the workers and staff there is very annoying and irksome. They hardly listen as to what is to be done and the work done is below satisfaction. Most of the times the things asked for check up or replacement are left undone and then it leads to a lot of time wastage when we need to get it done on our own literally pleading the workers there for getting the job done. I am really irritated and not satisfied by the service offered and I have been facing this for almost 4 years now.
Kindly look into this matter and the staff so that they are atleast a bit considerate towards there customers as they should be. I will be highly oblidged if you look into this matter as soon as possible because it causes a lot of inconvenience to us.
